Had a great trip with friends! The location was spot on for our visits to nearby attractions. We enjoyed some quality time at the pool, which was perfect since there were no classes taking place. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated the quick room service.
One downside was the reception staff. They were distant and could have been more welcoming during check-in.

missingWrote a review on Aug 19clean poolcomfortable roomeager stafflong waitpoor foodnoisy room
Clean rooms had a good size and were comfortable. The pool was fairly clean and warm. The staff, while a bit nervous, were eager to help. The restaurant food could be hit or miss. some dishes were enjoyable, but the cheesecake was weak, and the coffee could be stronger. We faced long wait times at check-in due to strict policies, which was frustrating. Although we got a better room eventually, it wasn’t properly stocked with towels and toiletries. The environment felt a bit outdated, and noise from outside hampered our sleep.

Family with kids will enjoy it
The room was spacious for all 3 of us, and had everything we needed. The bar area was cool and well air conditioned which felt great after a long day.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

A Mixed Bag, Room for Improvement
Our stay for one night had some highlights, especially the comfortable bed and spacious room. service at the bar was slow and we faced issues checking in. Consider verifying bookings in advance and ensure staff knows the menu items available to enhance guest experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19comfortable mattresskind staffsuite amenitiesfood qualitymeal timing
The stay was primarily for a family gathering before the wedding, but I was quite disappointed with the food quality. Most meals were overcooked or undercooked, and we had to send back nearly all our dishes. Although the staff were kind, the dining experience overshadowed our stay. the mattress in our suite was comfortable, which helped us rest after a long day.

Comfortable Stay with a Couple of Hiccups
Enjoyed our one-night getaway in a Standard Double Room. The bed provided great comfort for a restful sleep. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere in the restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner. the bathroom could use a refresh, and the charging ports near the bed were unfortunately lacking.

Comfortable stays but needs better management
I had a pleasantly spacious stay with comfortable furnishings in the room, and the bar area was inviting and well air-conditioned after a long day. the breakfast options were quite limited, particularly for vegetarians. The management and customer service could use significant improvement, especially regarding guest complaints.

Comfortable new beds made for decent sleep. Proximity to shops made picking up essentials a breeze.
The room felt outdated, showing signs of wear and damp, particularly around the sink. I encountered a lack of hot water during my stay, which certainly isn't ideal, especially after a long day out. The pool area carried a distinct vibe of neglect, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of upkeep and ambience.

missingWrote a review on Apr 28comfortable bedfriendly staffoverworked stafflimited breakfast selectionlukewarm food
The room was comfortable with a nice bed, providing a restful sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive. however, they seemed overwhelmed by the workload, which affected their service quality. The breakfast selection was limited, and some items served were lukewarm, detracting from the overall meal experience. Though the handmade pasta was a highlight, other food options did not meet expectations.
